Its methods are moved to io and os.
Garbage collection can get to them when we return one line later
Note that we no longer check the error returned from Close(), but any errors would've been surfaced by Read() already. (This goes for readers, but not for writers, which might need to flush at Close.)
Verified this does the same with with https://go.dev/play/p/xbLacIn_6Nd
