Welcome to the repository for GA4GH Variation Representation Specification hackathon tracking.
Our next hackathon will be taking place at the Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology 2022 Annual Conference, to be held July 10-14 in Madison, WI. We are currently soliciting project proposals from planned hackathon participants. Registration details for the Hackathon will be made available on this page closer to the event dates.
Check out the repository proposal tracker and express your interest in proposed Hackathon projects with reactions on the top-level comment. If you want to see a proposed project clarified or otherwise revised, add a comment to the issue and get a discussion going! If you have an idea for a project proposal that is not yet listed, propose it!
Please submit all proposals by May 20th, 2022 for earliest consideration by the Hackathon organizers.
