Deploy Production instance

Setup production instance

Set up analytics.ga4gh.org as the production domain before any services are deployed. We don't want an empty or broken endpoint visible while work is in progress.

Tasks:

1. Create separate production database instance using CFT with same configurations staging and apply migrations from staging making exact replica of staging db environment.
2. Modify existing CFT templates to deploy staging and production on their specific instances and deploy new production instance with same configurations.
3. Create DNS entries with Sanger team for https://analytics.ga4gh.org
4. Create SSL certificate with DNS validation with Sanger team.

DoD: There should be a working instance on https://analytics.ga4gh.org.

• There was a change in requirements after discussion with @jppay we decided not to deploy production instance but keep existing staging as it is and deploy new instance which will be used for development and once all the features are implemented we will mark it as production near plenary.
