App onboarding

On first run we may want to:
1.) Open the language activity to have them select a language
2.) We may want to have the Nav drawer open (common pattern to make sure people understand it's there).

Now that we've added a welcome screen, I think the best plan here is to add a language switcher to that activity and maybe open the nav drawer automatically when the user clicks "let's go".
