Provides an (untested) first attempt at the UDS described in #365. This is by no means a final version, but I think the changes form a good, coherent base to continue working with. Currently, UDS is a separate data type for testing purposes.

My next step will be to experiment with creating the editor from #366.

This PR also updates a whole bunch of dependencies.

Which means that the UDS system now supports all settings and I can start replacing old systems with UDS.

Additionally, some minor changes were made to the UDS syntax to make it less error-prone.
