Deprecate Label for FvwmPager

The following does not work on Fvwm3:

*FvwmPager: Label desk label

In a conversation with @ThomasAdam in IRC was decided this should be deprecated.

DesktopName should be used instead of label.

Cleanup for the man page will be also required.
