'etc' directory has peripheral files(Outdated) #126
Description
there is a dir called "misc" that includes peripheral files that are marked as outdated in the heading.
if this is deprecated it should be moved to the deprecated dir, but if it is outdated it should be updated.
also the crontab thing, could be moved into the documentation.
maybe there is the need for an etc directory rather than misc as we use in cloudmesh.
can we check in linux if we should use etc or misc
