Support pasting images when composing a post #15

Pasting an image from the clipboard into the composer does nothing — there's no way to attach an image except by picking a file.

Tested on Firefox (desktop web).

Expected: Ctrl+V with an image on the clipboard attaches it to the post being composed, the same as selecting the file.
