BUG | Scan stops by Permission denied error at random point

What is the problem you are experiencing?

I don't remember when it started (sorry for not reporting quickly), but nowadays PF stops at random point with "Permission denied" error.

How can we reproduce the problem?

To reproduce the problem:

1. Scan any adblock syntax file with PyFunceble --adblock -f path

No error and the scan proceeds

How did you configure PyFunceble?

.PyFunceble.overwrite.yaml is empty

Windows 11

PF is successfully creating and editing whois.csv and inactive.csv.

@Yuki2718 I saw such things with someone using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Can you confirm that there is no such software installed ?

No, mine is normal Microsoft Defender comes with Windows 11 Pro. The issue happens with defaut configuration of it.

Not sure what is causing this, but now I'm getting a new error on each run with 4.3.1.dev. Nothing should have changed except for Windows update.

This issue may be specific to this particular file that was a copy of an uBO's Adguard Japanese filter. I no longer see the error for other files.
