This adds a new cvar
gl_stipplealpha_menufor replacing the menu tint color with the "stipple alpha" used by the original DOS and WinQuake menu. Would be activated by passinggl_stipplealpha_menu 1; r_menutint "0 0 0"in console. There seems to be a bug where sometimes the stipple will be colored green instead of the color set by the user, but I haven't been able to find a reliable way of reproducing it.In addition this also incorporates a shader called "Voodoo" that emulates the look of certain older graphics cards, helps when playing older modifications and games to give it a more "authentic" representation as some developed with this hardware in mind.
All work here was done by @eukara and I'm making this pull request on his behalf.
