How it works: YAML is structurally equivalent to JSON (mappings = objects, sequences = arrays, scalars = primitives), so the implementation reuses FSharp.Data's JSON type inference and code generation infrastructure. The new FSharp.Data.Yaml.Core library uses YamlDotNet to parse YAML into JsonValue, which the existing JsonInference and JsonGenerator then process exactly as they would a JSON document.

Supported: all the usual parameters — Sample, SampleIsList, RootName, Culture, Encoding, ResolutionFolder, EmbeddedResource, InferTypesFromValues, PreferDictionaries, InferenceMode, PreferDateOnly, UseOriginalNames.

All 488 existing tests pass, plus a new YAML signature test.
