F# language v6 ?

Hi,

Could this be upgraded to F# language v6.0 and use FSharp.Core v6 ?

It would be totally fine to still build to .NET Standard 2.0 (compatible with .NET Framework), just the new language features would be available.

I know this is kind of old library that doesn't have recent maintenance a lot, however there seems to still be thousands of downloads in NuGet, so I expect this is still used quite a lot: https://www.nuget.org/stats/packages/FSharp.Configuration?groupby=Version
