Changed "cumtrapz" to "cumulative_trapezoid".
Also relaxed the matplotlib requirement in the pyproject.toml. Note that the original restriction is <=3.5.
omfit_classes has issues with newer versions of
# matplotlib, see https://github.com/gafusion/OMFIT-source/issues/6784
"matplotlib<=3.5",
However the link to this issue is broken for me.
