disable-collisions breaks vehicle collisions too

Great plugin and highly configurable; I wanted to know if it was possible to add a feature where vehicle collisions could be detected even if disable-collisions was enabled.

For things like villager breeders which use minecarts, it would be sweet to have the villagers optimized but still be able to be carted away or boated.
