Disabled toolbar buttons should use the special designed _disabled icons

Right now each system (Linux, Windows, Mac OSX) uses their own way of making the icons look
disabled, which is ugly and not clear in most cases.

So I designed the disabled variants of the icons (which are in fact setting the icon -50% in
saturation and +50% in lightness). Currently these icons are not used.

this require overriding the standard toolbutton behavior. Won't be fixed for this release

I think the Icon is not really a problem (anymore), but the font on windows looks very bad when buttons are disabled.

In MacOS, the grey color of the button is too dark, and the contrast is quite bad. I can not see the icons easily.
I agree with the bad font in Windows, it looks blurry. Maybe we could grey out the text with the same grey color of the icon.
