700 mil resistor

Still an issue. There are 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 800. So, 700 is missing. Needs to create an svg for this and add a line in the constructor of the resistor.cpp to add this option to the menu .
Interestingly, the pin spacing only affects the pcb view, should this also affect the bb view?

Would be nice to have that option for BB view
