This allows using it with crates that depend on a later version, such as rustwide 0.16.0.

Cargo hasn't updated its git2 yet, so I can't require newer git2 without breaking some projects. |

Cargo has updated its version now :) rust-lang/cargo#12096 |

In the meantime I've relaxed git2 version requirement in the crates-index crate. |
