Seed migrations for Intents and Intent Groups

Description

If we desire to have any Intents that are not already automatically mapped from existing named schemas, or if there are any Intent Groups that we would like to have at the outset, they should be listed in this ticket for population during the storage migration.

Right now the only software I'm aware of that attempts to group delegations is Frequency Access, which has a grouping labelled "Record, delete and modify the public and private follows and connections from your account to your Social Graph on Frequency".

I would suggest the following:

1. "DSNP Content"

2. "DSNP Graph"

• dsnp.public-follows
• dsnp.private-follows
• dsnp.private-connections
• dsnp.private-connection-prids
• dsnp.public-key-key-agreement

(This does not exhaustively cover the DSNP over Frequency schemas, but it represents two common groupings.)
