BRIDGE: post deployments funding setup

1. Fund Frequency’s Polkadot Sovereign Account (Child Account)

   • Used to pay for Relay Chain XCM fees (e.g., opening HRMP channels).

2. Fund Frequency’s Asset Hub Sovereign Account (Sibling Account)

   • Covers fees for referenda and XCM calls on Asset Hub.

3. Open an HRMP Channel with Asset Hub (referendum on Frequency)

   • Enables cross-chain communication. Uses the child account from Step 1.

4. Register FRQCY on Asset Hub as a Foreign Asset (referendum on Frequency)

   • Allows Asset Hub to recognize FRQCY. Uses the sibling account from Step 2.

5. Register DOT as a Fee Currency on Frequency (referendum on Frequency)

   • Lets users pay XCM fees with DOT when transferring FRQCY to other chains.

6. Coordinate with Snowbridge to Onboard FRQCY

   The Snowbridge team will:

   • Submit a referendum on Bridge Hub to call ethereumSystem.registerToken(FRQCY)
   • Register FRQCY’s origin using their [Control Tool (PR #1405)](Register Polkadot Native Assets in Control Tool Snowfork/snowbridge#1405)
   • Deploy and map the ERC-20 representation of FRQCY on Ethereum
