Notify Providers to Not Treat Control Keys as User Identifiers and Eth compatible signature capability

Description

Create and execute a communication plan to notify all providers

1. that they should not use control keys as user identifiers
2. they should either use gateway services or any of our existing SDKs to verify any signatures generated by a ETH compatible key or verify that they have means to be able to handle these kind of signatures on their end

in preparation for the migration.

Tasks

• Identify all providers needing notification
• Create detailed explanation document
• Develop timeline for providers to make changes
• Establish communication channels for questions
• Create verification process to ensure compliance

Acceptance Criteria

• All providers notified with clear explanation
• Documentation provided on recommended identifier approach
• Confirmation received from all critical providers
• Support process established for provider questions
• Monitoring plan created to track compliance
• Follow-up strategy for non-responsive providers
