date-time format is not validated correctly

got-swag should validate against ISO8601 but fails with some uncommon notations like +0000 (instead of +00:00), which is valid(?) ISO8601.

Swagger requires a specific subset of ISO8601 (https://xml2rfc.tools.ietf.org/public/rfc/html/rfc3339.html#anchor14) for which a time offset of +0000 is not valid.

Cool, so got-swag is only offending ISO 8601 and not Swagger. I believe this is a wont-fix then, since we're looking for 100% Swagger conformity here.
