I think there's better way to do this as I learn composer internals, so i'll close this one and reopen another pull request later. |

This should definitively fix issues relative to missing links, like #82 or #74 and maybe others ...
It's based on the staled PR #73 and tests have been updated to reflect changes. everything has been rebased on current master branch.
Please merge and perform a release for those issues to be fixed once for all :)
