What changed?
Legio 0.2.0 adds independent store sorting (Most relevant, A-Z, Z-A) and availability (All, Available only, Verified only). Rust merges and deduplicates catalog/source entries, then filters and sorts before pagination. Filter changes restart at 20 games; source changes, overlapping requests and retries preserve current results correctly.
Application logging now provides readable TXT startup/shutdown, navigation, native command failure, JavaScript error/rejection, and Rust panic records. Windows WebView2 observers record runtime version, process failures and browser exits directly through the native logger. Durable checkpoints cover page snapshots/DOM updates, image decode/resize/blur/WebP encoding, and artwork IPC assembly. Rejected Steam image elements retain a stable fallback and report safe asset context. These changes improve diagnosis of the reported full-window Library and Store crash. Application and network logging have separate persisted toggles, both off by default when no preference exists. Application files rotate between
app.txtandapp.previous.txt, with 256 KiB per file. Native sanitization removes credentials, private paths, URLs and identifiers; log status and the folder are visible in Settings. Critical renderer errors have a separate rate budget, and the panic hook avoids blocking on an occupied writer lock.The native minimum is 960x640. Calendar cells use square aspect ratios at every window size. Home and recent sidebar games scroll when needed, keeping calendar/news controls and Settings reachable. Invalid local icons retain a fallback instead of restoring the same broken cached URL repeatedly.
Previous JSONL files remain untouched as evidence. WebView event observers do not capture a fatal fault in the launcher host itself; checkpoints narrow the failure location without proving its cause.
The PR builds a Windows NSIS test installer with SHA256 checksums and compiled/PR revision metadata. Test builds disable updater artifact signing. Keep the PR in draft until the maintainer completes
docs/releases/0.2.0-windows-test.md, including the reported Library crash. The RestartManager event alone does not establish the crash cause; application logging and the icon fallback fix do not prove the native Windows crash is resolved. Browser checks cover 24 populated Home layouts and 4 empty/responsive layouts, including minimum/default/maximized sizes, five/six weeks, Italian/English and both sidebar states. Independently verified square cells and Settings visibility in the browser.
Tested the real application/network logging toggles independently and captured the default-off UI.
Latest GitHub CI: Frontend, Rust, Linux build, and Windows tests plus NSIS installer. Includes native image conversion/blur and WebView diagnostics on Windows.

Latest diagnostic Windows test installer: download ZIP. CI succeeded for all four jobs. The ZIP contains the installer, SHA256 checksum and build revision. This remains a test build pending manual Windows acceptance.
