resvg Libraries Should Not Be Directly Included in the Repo

It's just not good practice... You should either find a way to automatically download their release with your build system or include their source code as a submodule and automatically build it with your build system (assuming you have a full build system.)

Yeah, considered that but went with bundling for simplicity. Building from source would require the full Rust toolchain since resvg is Rust-based. Luarocks felt like unnecessary overhead. Bundling prebuilt binaries keeps it simple: clone and run.
Happy to revisit if there's a cleaner approach though.

I've moved resvg to a submodule, but getting a unified build script across platforms is tricky. Putting this on hold for now.
