Update `incompatible_snforge_std_version_warning` in release 0.45.0

### Current State

Asserted message in tests had to be changed because #3027 made incompatible changes to the plugin. 

### Objective

Update `incompatible_snforge_std_version_warning` asserted message

### Additional Context

After at least one old release exist with the compatible plugin (after #3027 is released) update the version used in the test to that and update the asserted output.
