Followup to #5768, in which the
SolErrortrait extensively used in cheatcodes is migrated.This is not a comprehensive ABI encoding migration, as we're still missing some types necessary to migrate in full, plus cheatcodes are better migrated all at once instead of having to fix spillover from what is a single change. Still, this starts to introduce
dyn-abito the crate.
