Motivation
In Foundry we are seeing more and more contributions generated or heavily assisted by AI to farm contributions for airdrops. To improve this I propose we require contributors to flag their use of AI as failure to disclose this makes it difficult to determine how much scrutiny to apply to the contribution as it is unclear how much the contributor themselves understands the code they propose to merge.
