Add a flag to disable contract alias on transaction traces

Some advanced users might consider using cast call for transaction debugging with very granular settings. Something like -vvvvv is good, but it's not enough when you need to check where each interaction originates and points at exactly.

Sure, displaying a contract name is good for non-granular use. But it becomes hard when you want to inspect the contract's source code when you only have the contract alias (instead of its address).

An addition like a flag to disable contract alias display might be the solution.

since this is custom behavior, it should be implemented with a opt-in flag

TODOS:

• modify CallArgs with the new opt-in flag, which should be bounded to the trace flag.
• modify CallTraceDecoderBuilder and CallTraceDecoder to support this new flag maybe with something like fn without_labels(yes: bool)
• modify CallTraceDecoder impl so that, when decoding, labels are always set to None if the flag was passed
• add a unit test
