As a side note, if you ever need a new forge-std release to update the version used by vulcan, feel free to create an issue and request a new release. Want to make sure you aren't blocked by anything here / don't need to maintain your own |

Adds the new serializeJson cheatcode to the Vm and updates StdJson. Foundry's PR: foundry-rs/foundry#5755
I didn't add tests because it just calls the vm and there are no tests for StdJson. Let me know if I should add some.
