Ideas for Revamping the pslab.io Website

Hey Team,

I think it would be ideal to implement the following changes to the pslab.io website to enhance the user experience.

• Try migrating from Elementor to the Gutenberg editor for easier maintenance.
• Redesign the Shop page to make it look cleaner and remove the Dropdown for each region.
• Redesign the Entire Blog Page and Home Page to give it a more modern look.
• Move the Regional websites (such as the jp website) from Sub-domains to the main domain (pslab.io), and each should be accessed using a Region Toggle in the Header.
• Implement downloadable guides for Experiments.

The following are the main action items I plan to implement while completely revamping the website:

1. Migrate to Gutenberg Editor
   Rebuild key pages currently using Elementor in Gutenberg to improve maintainability, load speed, and future compatibility with WordPress core updates.

2. Redesign the Shop Page
   Simplify the layout by removing region-specific dropdowns and presenting all products in a cleaner, unified format. The focus will be on improving clarity and user flow.

3. Revamp the Home and Blog Pages
   Apply a modern design with improved visuals, content hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness. Ensure the blog showcases posts effectively with proper categorization.

4. Move Regional Sites to Subdirectories
   Transition regional sites (e.g., jp.pslab.io) to subdirectories (e.g., pslab.io/jp) to consolidate domain authority and streamline site navigation.

5. Implement a Region Toggle in the Header
   Add a user-friendly region/language switcher in the site header to allow seamless navigation between localized versions.

6. Create Downloadable Experiment Guides
   Design and upload PDF experiment guides, linked from relevant sections of the website to support students and educators with offline access.
