fix: Provided option for user to give camera permission by opening permissions screen.

Fixed #2550

Changes:

• If the user presses OK, the user is directed to permissions screen of the app.
• If the user presses Cancel, a dialog is shown that camera permission is necessary.
• If the user presses Deny and do not show again in the 2nd dialog, the user has to manually o to app settings to give permission.
