User is not given an option to exit the app if permission are not given.

Actual Behaviour

If permissions are not given and user presses "Don't show again", there is no option for the user to exit the app.

Expected Behaviour

The dialog box should provide an option for the user to exit the app.

Steps to reproduce it

1. Uninstall the app, if already installed, else install it.
2. Deny permissions. Press Don't show again when the dialog pops up again.
3. No option to exit the app is given.
