feat: change some fields name in basic details step

Fixes #4660

Changes proposed in this pull request:

a) Add owner information to -> Add Organizer or Group Information
b) Owner Name -> Organizer or Group Name
c) Owner Description to -> About the Organizer or Group
d) Change "Name" to "Event Name" in the wizard form (step 1).
