…default-off)

Goal #1, borrowing Crawl4AI's fit-markdown idea WITHOUT its heavy deps. The
current page_fetcher scores paragraphs by digits+length with no notion of page
structure, so a link-heavy nav column or footer can outrank the article lede and
contaminate the text handed to the LLM.

- llm_facing_extractor.py: stdlib-only (html.parser) structural extractor. Drops
  boilerplate subtrees (script/style/nav/header/footer/aside/form) and prunes
blocks by link density (anchor-text / total-text) — the one transferable
Crawl4AI idea that needs no torch, no headless browser, no network.
- compare_extractors(): scores candidate vs the current baseline on the same HTML
  for effective-body-rate, citation-locatability, boilerplate-free-rate, latency.
- Pluggable and default-off: nothing in the live path calls it. It does NOT
replace page_fetcher — this increment only measures.

Measured (fixture corpus): candidate leaks zero boilerplate (1.00 vs baseline
0.50) at equal citation-locatability (1.00), ~2x slower but sub-millisecond.
Recommendation (ADR 0003): promising, not a drop-in — wants a real-URL corpus and
an effective-body threshold that does not punish short valid articles before
going live. Same default-off-PoC discipline as evidence rerank + model ledger.
