feat: Add support for codee formatter #1257

I have tried the Pre-Release of the extension.
- Feature is not present in the latest Pre-Release
Feature Request
Would it be possible to add support for an additional formatter "codee"? This would allow formatting of both fixed and free format plus several more formatting options.
There IDE integration docs even suggest tricking the Modern Fortran extension into believing it is findent:

The call signature is <full path to codee>/bin/codee" format - -o - "${@}
