The old files are no longer downloadable due to parameters added to links by Discord recently. The parameters affected are "ex", "is", and "hm". However, I will soon propose a solution to resolve this issue.

You need to enable MESSAGE_INTENT in developer portal of the BOT

Looks like big files (>500mb apparently) cannot be uploaded anymore.
It's possible that discord is stopping webhooks from uploading.
Did anyone else notice this as well?
