Misc. theme related improvements.. #492

  • applies theme text settings to app views.
  • allow choosing fractional sp values.
  • hide default widget themes when displayed from app theme list.
  • show a warning when theme is changed; "app restart may be needed for changes to take effect".
  • flip widget previews when map/graph colors are changed .
