[feature request] Solar time in status bar

The Clock Widget already allows to display Solar time on the home screen, but what about the option to display Solar time in the status bar?

As a bonus, I figure it like this: in a persistent notification, with two lines of text, there is even enough space to display some additional info, e.g. user-selected Sun or Moon times.
