Add support for running fontspector checks #5000
Description
Fontspector is likely the future of FontBakery
It is a full reimplementation in Rust, currently in experimental stage.
In the mean-time, there should be a way to install fontspector-py as a fontbakery dependency and run additional checks eventually provided by fontspector.
This can also be an opportunity for better performance.
