Users facing file access issue due to highly restrictive file access of the flatpak

Currently the Flatpak can access files only in Documents and Download folder. Though it was set as a requirement for new apps in Flathub repository, this is no longer required as we are hosting our own repository. So we need to give user access to his filesystem
