Hi, I'm having trouble running an ensemble simulation using Catalyst.jl.
- Pluto output
- Expected output (REPL)
- Notebook
- Issue: I'm trying to perform a Catalyst/DiffEq ensemble simulation using the EnsembleProblem interface. For an ODE simulation, I expect all traces to look the same since I'm not varying the parameters. When I run this through the REPL, it works correctly. When I try to run it on Pluto, each trajectory looks different. The same issue applies for the SDE and Jump process as well. It seems to be a Pluto specific issue. I can't figure out if it has something do with threading under the hood.
