Seems like we need to enable these to make it work again:

Pluto.jl/src/runner/PlutoRunner/src/PlutoRunner.jl

Lines 2028 to 2029 in db0660b

enable_expanduser=false,
enable_path=false,

@fonsp this was disabled in preparation for #2389 right? Maybe we can enable only if we are completing from inside a string/command?
