Possible to add 24 hours format? In admin settings.

It's possible to book an appointment after 'set time' the same day.
Like this: It's now 3.50 PM (15.50) But i can still pick that time and time before.

we can disable the times before the current time.

you are more than welcome if can fix it and send a pull request. other ways we will fix it soon
