FDK Doc Cleanup Tracking Issue

This issue exists to track the progress of the documentation clean up for the Fn FDKs. Cleanup tasks:

• fdk-go: Tracking issue: Update fdk-go Docs #57 PR to update Readme: FDK Doc Cleanup Tracking Issue #56
• fdk-java Tracking issue: Fn FDK: Move FDK Java examples into Docs Repo #73
• fdk-node
• fdk-python
• fdk-ruby

Goals:

• Create concise focused fdk landing pages that point to additional information.
• Any landing page content should focus on the fdk not general Fn topics.
• Long form FDK tutorials should stored in the https://github.com/fnproject/docs repository.
