Tracked files live under git-ignored paths: out/proof and pnpm-lock.yaml #836
git ls-files -ci --exclude-standard lists 20 tracked files that .gitignore would hide:
19 under out/proof/ (echo, realization, warp-ttd): generated TypeScript, Rust, JSON and JSONL, committed with the repository's first commit. Nothing in the repository references them.
pnpm-lock.yaml, which .gitignore names on its own line although the lockfile is tracked and CI verifies it.
A tracked file under an ignored path is invisible to any tool that honours .gitignore, which is how the Prettier gate first skipped these without saying so. Decide for each: stop tracking it, or stop ignoring it. The pnpm-lock.yaml line in .gitignore looks like a plain mistake.
Until then out/proof/ is excluded from Prettier by name, with this issue as the reason.

fix(ci): check tracked files with Prettier, so .gitignore cannot hide…
