Goal

Use one evidence pipeline for :why, gutter explanations, and footer durability details.

Acceptance criteria

  • Gutter marker explainers cite the same rewrite/diff facts as :why.
  • Footer details cite anchor/head/tick evidence.
  • No UI explanation invents facts not present in the runtime.
