Goal

Render modified line markers from causal rope evidence.

Acceptance criteria

  • Inserted and modified visible lines are derived from RopeDiff spans.
  • Marker basis can be last save anchor, import anchor, selected checkpoint, or selected tick.
  • Git diff is not used.
