Slice: Lock WF-0106 feature packet and issue links #182
Refresh the WF-0106 design packet so it records the concrete priority set, implementation slices, and GitHub issue links.
Done when:
docs/design/0106-emacs-ideas-to-steal-causally.md links this goalpost;
the feature packet records command catalog, describe-key, register history, semantic macros, buffer/mode reports, diagnostics, debug traces, and host operations;
each idea states user capability, jedit semantic model, Echo/basis support, strand/braid/admit/obstruct behavior, and JSON/CLI proof surface;
Jim/Echo/Continuum ownership remains explicit: this is Jim-owned product work, Echo supplies generic evidence where needed, Continuum is not involved except future protocol profiles.
Goalpost
Part of Goalpost: WF-0106 Emacs ideas as Jim proof surfaces under milestone WF-0106 - Emacs Ideas To Steal Causally.
