Track the later WARP TTD model for tick selection, not-admitted alternatives, and footprint-conflict exploration.

Deferred because

The immediate source-to-receipt chain only reserves the taxonomy. Full tick/counterfactual exploration belongs after admitted/obstructed/rejected facts exist.

Future acceptance sketch

• Pick a tick and inspect admitted operations.
• Inspect not-admitted scheduler alternatives.
• Inspect obstructed strands separately from scheduler alternatives.
• Preserve footprint-conflict evidence without reclassifying runtime obstructions.
