controller-runtime v0.6.4: v1.ListOptions is not suitable for converting

After upgrading from controller-runtime v0.6.3 to v0.6.4 listing HelmReleases is no longer possible:

v1.ListOptions is not suitable for converting to \"helm.toolkit.fluxcd.io/v2beta1\" in scheme \"pkg/runtime/scheme.go:101

This breaks kstatus heath checks and pruning.

Fix in controller-runtime v0.7.0 kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime#1238

We need to upgrade fluxcd/pkg/runtime to controller-runtime v0.7.0 before we can fix it in kustomize-controller.
